When you want to take a holiday at Palm Beach Club it is imperative that you inform the resort beforehand of when you will be arriving.  Check your dates below for this year.
If You are a fixed week owner please fill in the Fixed holiday booking form as soon as you have your flight details.
If you are a flexi week owner the you have no need to contact us unless you wish to arrange a holiday. Please fill in the Flexi holiday booking form to arrange your holiday at palm beach .
If you will be letting friends use your apartment you can also inform the Club of their arrival on the same booking form. Fill it in and fax it back to the club 0034952382727 or email it to us.

Check the table above to find out when your holiday starts this year. Please try to give us plenty of warning of your arrival.  Call us or fill out and send or fax us back the Fixed holiday booking form here.

Your Friends and family can also stay in your timeshare week.  Simply send us a covering note to the resort advising us of your guests’ name and number in their party.

New for 2010, Members can come and stay extra weeks in their own season for  the cost of maintenance fees only.  See list of seasons below. If you own a week in May you can come anytime in May or October  or if you own a week in June then come for another week in June or come in september for this price. come for as many weeks as you like, bring family and friends to stay too.

Seasons are as follows;

Low season – November, December, January, February, March & April       

Mid season – May & October                        

High Season – June & September        

 *Peak Season - July & August

 

Bank (Fixed week owners only)
This option is available to all members who don’t wish to come in their own weeks, for whatever reason.  Put your weeks in our bank for future use (up to 3 yrs) new season structure from this year- please note that Peak season has been created due to the high demand of school holiday weeks. Unless you are a peak owner you cannot exchange into this band.

This new season structure is for Palm Beach use only. It does not affect your weeks exchange value with Interval International.

 

Cost Of swapping weeks / using banked weeks

See the chart above to check the start date of your week. The start date of your week denotes the season you belong in. (this may change from year to year) i.e. week 17- April is Low season, week 35 – August is Peak.

Swapping within your own season costs 33 €

Swapping up 1 season costs 53 €, &

  up 2 seasons (from low to high) costs  106 €

The cost of this swap has to be paid upon booking this holiday. Always contact the resort for availability before making plans.

This exchange is handled solely through Interval International and payments are made directly to I.I.
