• Our cancellation policy is this;The 20% we require as a deposit is non refundable. 90 % of the deposit paid can be put towards a future holiday with us in Palm Beach. 10% is retained for administration charges. If you are unable to holiday again in Palm Beach then you can apply for a copy of the booking form to make a claim against your holiday insurance.

The Deluxe Studios are furnished for two people and have been recently reformed to a very high standard .      

Bathroom; with either a walk in power shower,  or we  have  just 4 deluxe studios with  baths, if you prefer baths then please request at time of booking. Hairdryer  & towels are provided  .    

Kitchen; consists of; fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini oven, coffee percolator,  pots and pans, plates and crockery for 6 people, mini oven.

All the deluxe studios except  for 401 have a Balcony with table and chairs. the studios from 5th floor and upwards have fantastic sea views.. and are very bright, being our most popular option, so book early if you want this type. Air-conditioning available in all deluxe units for just 30 euros per week.
