• Our cancellation policy is this;The 20% we require as a deposit is non refundable. 90 % of the deposit paid can be put towards a future holiday with us in Palm Beach. 10% is retained for administration charges. If you are unable to holiday again in Palm Beach then you can apply for a copy of the booking form to make a claim against your holiday insurance.

Lounge; with a sofa bed which makes up into 2x 90cm single beds, dining table with 4 dining chairs, satellite TV. 

Bedroom; Twin beds or double bed (please request at time of booking if you have a preference)

Bathroom; with bath, power shower, hairdryer  & towels.

Kitchen; consists of; fridge, 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator,  pots and pans, plates and crockery for 6 people, mini oven.

Air-conditioning; available for just 30 euros per week. 

There is no balcony on all of the 1 bed apartments as we build onto the balcony to create more space in the lounge area, but we do have 1 so if you would like that one then request it at the time of booking.
