Our cancellation policy is this;The 20% we require as a deposit is non refundable. 90 % of the deposit paid can be put towards a future holiday with us in Palm Beach. 10% is retained for administration charges. If you are unable to holiday again in Palm Beach then you can apply for a copy of the booking form to make a claim against your holiday insurance.

The studios are furnished for two people and are spacious and modern. Facilities include a sofa bed, satellite TV, Terrace with furniture.

Twin beds (made up into a king-size bed), If you want this type of room but are 3 people, there is a sofa bed which can be made up for the 3rd person. There is no privacy as you all

sleep in one room so really is only good for families.

Bathroom with complete with bath, power shower, hairdryer & towels.

Kitchen consists of; fridge, 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee perculator, pots and pans, plates and crockery for 6 people, minioven.

All of them have a balcony and are very bright, being our most popular option, so book early if you want this type. Air-conditioning available in the studios for just 30 euros per week.
